On average, it took only 5 to 10 minutes for each person to receive the application. Still, some Farmers’ Associations reported that the Farmers’ Cost‑of‑living Allowance System had not been fully integrated, and some farmers’ agricultural insurance accounts were their spouses’ — which would show that there was no account information of the applicant personally and were classified as not applying. In response to the above situation, the Farmers’ Association will immediately notify those farmers to return to correct the information. The Agriculture Department has reported relevant matters to New Taipei City Government. It will continue to pay attention to the process and procedure in every Farmers’ and Fishermen’s Association.
