Taiwan’s First Bi-Lo-Chung Spring Tea Evaluation has Announced

“Chin-Shin-Ganzai” is a unique tea in Sanxia District of New Taipei City. The tea soup is green and clear, refreshing and sweet; the distinctive aroma of green beans is its unique mark. Chin-Shin-Ganzai is also own a reputation as the Jade in the tea. This event also represents the official launch of Sanxia Bi-Lo-Chung. People who love green tea should seize the opportunity to taste the pleasant flavor of Bi-Lo-Chung.

Sanxia District has been an essential tea-producing area in northern Taiwan since the Japanese colonial Period. Due to the climate and soil quality, it is suitable for the growth of the unique local green tea “Chin-Shin-Ganzai.” The tea soup brewed by Chin-Shin-Ganzai is pleasant and sweet; Sanxia tea farmers plant and produce Bi-Lo-Chung in springs and winters and Honey-Scented Black Tea in summers. Chin-Shin-Ganzai leaves are plucked by hand every seven days and can be continuously harvested throughout the year. The tea soup made by Chin-Shin-Ganzai is mellow and full of flavor and is widely welcomed by consumers. After the spring of this year, there is still cold air going south, which makes the tea grow slowly and mature completely. After being made, it tastes sweeter than in previous years. Cold air keeps going south this year after spring, which makes Chin-Shin-Ganzai grow slowly and become more mature, making the taste even sweeter than in previous years after refining.
